This system provides firefighters with a fast, reliable means of escape from a burning structure when using a conventional exit is no longer possible. A firefighter trained with the EXO system can quickly deploy the anchor (hook) and rope, move to an egress point and descend to a lower level. System components include the EXO self-braking descender, OK Triact-Lock auto-locking connector with captive eye, 50' of heat and cut resistant 7.5mm Technora rope, anchor/hook, and Nomex transport/deployment bag.
