This new kit from Roco features the Roco Universal One-Piece Harness which is certified for work-positioning and fall protection as well as rescue.  This kit includes the personal gear needed for indivoduals who work at height on structures, such as communication towers and have rescue responsibilities as well.  This kit includes the necessary items for self-rescue as required by ANSI Z359.4.
